Pickup availability
Pickup is available by appointment only. We are an online retailer and do not maintain a walk-in retail storefront, so please do not arrive without a confirmed pickup time. To arrange pickup, contact us at info@fetchazlife.my or call +1 619-980-2608 during service hours.
How pickup works
- Place your order online and select pickup if the option is available at checkout, or contact us after placing your order to request pickup.
- We will confirm your order and send you a pickup confirmation email with the address and available time window.
- Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when you arrive.
- If someone else will pick up the order on your behalf, please let us know in advance and provide their name.

Pickup hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PT)
Pickup is not available on weekends or major U.S. holidays. All pickups must be scheduled in advance within these hours.
Pickup timeframe
Please collect your order within 7 calendar days of receiving your pickup confirmation. If you need more time, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days may be cancelled and refunded, minus any applicable fees.
What to bring
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID. If you are picking up on behalf of someone else, bring their order confirmation and your own ID.
Inspection at pickup
You are welcome to inspect your items at the time of pickup. If you notice any issue, please let us know before leaving so we can resolve it.
Returns for pickup orders
Pickup orders are subject to the same Refund and Return Policy as shipped orders. If you need to return an item, contact us at info@fetchazlife.my to start the process.
