We understand that plans change. This policy explains how order cancellations work at Fetch AZ Life.

Cancellation window
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it ships. Because we process orders quickly, the sooner you contact us, the better. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, so please reach out as soon as possible.

How to cancel
Email info@fetchazlife.my with your order number and a request to cancel. You may also call +1 619-980-2608 during service hours. We will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.

Orders that have not shipped
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days, though it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Orders that have already shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the order under our Refund and Return Policy after it arrives. Return shipping is free for approved returns that meet our policy conditions.

Cancellations by Fetch AZ Life
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Payment declined or unable to be verified
  • Shipping address outside our service area
  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction
  • Pricing or listing errors

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Partial cancellations
If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some of them, contact us before the order ships. We will cancel the eligible items and refund the corresponding amount. If the order has already shipped, please use the return process for the items you do not want.

Cancellation of pickup orders
Pickup orders may be cancelled before pickup is completed. If you no longer need the order, contact us and we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Please see our Store Pickup Policy for pickup timeframes.
