How payment works
Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when your order is confirmed. All prices on our site are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption and work with established payment processors to keep your payment information secure. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You may receive an email asking you to update your payment information. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there is an error with a charge, please contact us at info@fetchazlife.my before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for processing times.
